iBundles Home Services is a small crew working out of Northeast Portland. We’re not a big franchise. We’re just a few people who like leaving a place looking noticeably better than when we walked in.
We started by helping friends and neighbors with basic cleaning and outdoor wash-outs. Over time, that turned into more regular work, so we put a name on it and kept going.
Our approach is simple: show up when we say we will, do the work we agreed on, and be easy to reach if you have questions or want something done differently next time.
You can book any of these on their own, or combine them into a bundle. First-time bundles get 60% off the total for that first visit.
General interior cleaning for lived-in homes. We focus on kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and the main living areas where life usually happens.
We clean the glass inside and out where it's safely reachable, plus sills and frames. The goal is simple: more light and fewer streaks.
For driveways, patios, walkways, and certain siding. We rinse away built-up dirt and grime to help your outdoor spaces look looked-after again.

How it usually goes: You call, tell us what your place needs, and we give you a quote. If it sounds good, we pick a day and show up with the right equipment. First-time clients get the bundle discount on that first visit.
We don’t have an online booking system on purpose. Most homes are a little different, so a quick call works best. You tell us what you’re thinking about, and we let you know what we can do and when.

These terms explain how we work as iBundles Home Services. By scheduling a cleaning, window washing, or pressure washing with us, you agree to the basics listed here.
All appointments are set up by phone. We’ll confirm a date and a time window with you. Sometimes traffic or earlier jobs can shift our exact arrival time a bit, but we’ll do our best to keep you updated if we’re running behind.
We give you a price or estimate before we start. If something changes the scope of the job, we’ll talk it through first. Payment is due after the work is finished unless we agree on something different ahead of time. We accept common payment methods, including cash.
Plans change, and that’s fine. If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please let us know as early as you can. If you cancel within about 24 hours of your scheduled time, we may charge a small fee to help cover the lost slot.
You are responsible for making sure we can safely get in and move around the areas we’re working on. Please secure pets, move fragile items out of the way when possible, and let us know about any tricky spots or hazards before we start.
We try to be careful in every home and yard. If something is damaged and you believe it was our fault, please contact us as soon as you notice it, ideally within 48 hours. We’ll talk it through with you and see what needs to be done to make things right, within reasonable limits.
Our responsibility is limited to the cost of the service we provided. We are not able to cover pre-existing issues, normal wear and tear, or indirect costs such as lost income or similar claims.
From time to time we may adjust these terms to better reflect how we work. When we do, the updated version will replace the older one on this page. Using our services after that means you’re okay with the updated version.
When you get in touch with iBundles, we usually ask for basic details: your name, phone number, service address, and what kind of help you’re looking for. This is just so we can schedule and show up at the right place with the right tools.
We use your information to set up and confirm appointments, keep notes about your preferences, and follow up if there’s anything to check in on after a visit. We don’t sell your information and we don’t share it with other businesses for marketing.
We keep your details in simple records that we use to run the day-to-day work. Only the people who need that information to schedule or do the job have access to it. We do not store full payment card numbers in our own system.
We may call or text you to confirm times, let you know if we’re running late, or follow up after a job. If you ever prefer fewer check-ins, just tell us and we’ll note it.
We may use basic tools for things like phone, messaging, or scheduling. These are used only to help us provide the services you asked for. We don’t run heavy tracking or ad campaigns based on your information.
